Our sessions are typically 60 minutes long and scheduled once a week. However, the duration and frequency of sessions can be collaboratively decided by the client and counselor.
Confidentiality and Ethics:
I adhere to a strict code of confidentiality as stipulated by the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics. This means that any information and thoughts shared will stay between the client and counselor. A notable exception would be if a client mentions they are a harm to themselves or someone else, as well as anything which involves child harm, legal situations and serious crimes.
